Before Nativos, I spent more than ten years hosting retreats for a surf camp in Nosara. More than 300 retreats in total.
I've been the surf host for yoga and wellness retreats and for student groups, including Pacific University (Oregon), and for a school group of 20 teenagers.
Today my team of senior coaches can have up to about 20 surfers in the water at once, from beginners to advanced, in English and Spanish.

How big can the group be?
The team can coach up to about 20 surfers in the water at once.
What levels do you coach?
Every level, from people who have never stood on a board to advanced surfers. Each person is matched to the right coach.
What's included?
We agree the services with you for each retreat. That can include coaches for every level, surfboards, filming, video analysis, and transport to nearby breaks. Rash guards are not provided.
What languages do you coach in?
English and Spanish. All of our senior coaches are bilingual.
Where do sessions take place?
At Playa Guiones in Nosara. When the conditions call for it, we take the group to nearby breaks.
Does everyone need to sign a waiver?
Yes. For safety, everyone signs a waiver before they start.
